Simon Patmore defied the odds, broken the records and made history for Australia.

At the 2018 PyeongChang Paralympic Winter Games, Simon was crowned UL Snowboard-Cross Champion and broke a 16-year gold medal drought for Australia.

Simon became the first Australian male athlete to medal at the summer and winter Paralympic Games having his name is written in the history books as the first UL Snowboard-Cross Champion and the first Snowboard-Cross Gold medalist for Australia.
